Remembering Lisa...

June 4, 1984 - March 20, 2021

We hear your laughter and feel your amazing energy and love all around us.

Untitled

As we remember Lisa's life collectively, let's reflect upon one of her favorite quotes:

“You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island of opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land; there is no other life than this”.

Henry David Thoreau

On March 20th, 2021, the world lost a beautiful, bright soul. We are still shocked and saddened by Lisa’s sudden passing. She was so much to so many in her life: a loving mother, an adored partner, a cherished daughter, a devoted sister, a treasured family member, a respected colleague and a dear friend to countless people.

Lisa was a ray of sunshine. Her smile was warm and infectious. Her bright light and boundless energy left a positive impact on everyone around her. She was a free spirit.  Her endless thirst for knowledge and exploration led her on countless adventures. Lisa traveled the world, visiting more than thirty countries. She was truly an authentic and beautiful person inside and out. Lisa brought out the best in others through her magnetic orbit and magical presence, which were impossible to resist. When she left this world, her life was just hitting its stride, having recently given birth to a beautiful daughter, completing her PhD and starting a new career as a school psychologist in August of 2020.

Lisa would have wanted each of us to carry forth the light and love she embodied. May we each find the strength and resolve to live on, keeping her grand spirit of adventure in our hearts.

We live to honor her vivacious soul and celebrate her life.
